Patient/Client Information Service

Providing a valuable contact point for the public, the Board’s Patient/Client Information Service provides general information on the full range of health and social services.

The service has taken over 10,000 telephone calls ranging from the straightforward to the complex and covers areas such as Charter standards, complaints procedure, services for the elderly, health promotion, children, adult, GP and dental services.
