Complaints

People who need or use health and social services have a right to expect a high standard of care and treatment. However, things can go wrong and you may wish to complain because you are:

  • dissatisfied with a service provided, either to yourself, your relative or someone in you care,
  • concerned that you, your relative or someone in your care has not received a service you think should be provided.
Complaints

Complaints are helpful to those of us who work in health and social care because they can highlight areas where improvements are necessary.

If you wish to make a complaint, there is a procedure which must be followed. This is attached for your information.
