Complaints
People who need or use health and social services have
a right to expect a high standard of care and treatment. However, things
can go wrong and you may wish to complain because you are:
- dissatisfied with a service provided, either to yourself, your relative
or someone in you care,
- concerned that you, your relative or someone in your care has not
received a service you think should be provided.
|
 |
Complaints are helpful to those of us who work in health
and social care because they can highlight areas where improvements are
necessary.
If you wish to make a complaint, there is a procedure which must be followed. This is attached for your information. |
